The DUNF (Drug Use Notification Form) needs to be completed by August 6th!

Special Interest Projects:
4-Hers displaying workbooks and/or additional project work for their special interest projects (science boards, albums, etc.) these items should be dropped off to the 4-H Center during posted hours on 8/5 and 8/6. In the 4-H Center, look for the Mystic Manes 4-H booth space. If you cannot make it to the 4-H center on those days, please get your project work to LT or Teresa Woods: twoods4115@gmail.com.
Hartford Fair Breakfast:
We plan to feed all 4-Hers that are stalling all week and all 4-Hers that are haul-ins. If you can donate to the cause please contact Dixie Baisden directly: 740.973.7897
Equine Workbooks, Reports, and Grading:
4-Hers will take their completes workbook, one page report, and purple equine record book through the grading line.
The 4-her will also walk their 4-H horse project through the grading line with them. They should be neat and clean. Mentorship 4-Hers may walk with their mentor.
Please wear appropriate jeans, breeches, boots, club t-shirt or polo.
4-Her must have on their Hartford Fair Photo ID for grading.
4-Hers must be graded before they can show their 4-H project.
Haul-ins will need to provide their shot records during haul-in grading.
If you need Advisor signatures, please just ask.
Week Schedule and Preparations:
Wednesday 8/4: Shavings Order
Let Laura know by Wednesday if you would like to be included in the shavings delivery order. Fine shavings are $7 a bag.
Thursday and Friday 8/5 & 8/6: Clover bud Fair Booth
Parents can volunteer to help Teresa with the booth!
Friday 8/6: Hauling the Gear
Randy Daughters and Laura are hauling the shavings and all the tack boxes to the fairgrounds between 9-10 am.
Saturday 8/7: Hauling the Ponies
10:00 - Aramis, Ruby, Princeton
10:00 - KC and Bo
Noon - Miles and Aj
Monday 8/9: Hauling More Ponies
6:30 am - Zero and T
Hauling home at the end of the day
Tuesday 8/10: Hauling Ponies
6:30 am - T
Thursday 8/12: Hauling Home Early w/ Release Permission
Princeton
Saturday 8/14: Hauling Home by 11AM
We will have to have everything removed and cleared from the horse complex by 11am! Feed at 7am and then strip stalls by piling all the shavings in front of the stall door opening.
